Create an account on Speap!

Navigate to the "Register" page and enter your personal data. You then will receive a confirmation e-mail to activate your account.

When activated you can login to your account and customize your settings and enter your phone numbers.

Edit your personal settings

You can enable our systems to recognize you according to your phone number. If you additionally switch off the PIN authentication, you will be able to directly start dialing after connecting to our systems.

Top up your account

There is no setup fee and no monthly fee on Speap! All payments are directly used to top up your account. All calls are directly charging your deposit.

You can top up your account using one of the following payment methods or payment processors:

• PayPal
• PaymentWall
  (Amazon Payments, MoneyBookers, PaySafeCard, UKash, ...)

Payments with credit cards are possible through all processors.

If you are using a phone where calls to national fixed numbers are cheap or you do have a flat rate, then this is the way you will save the money.

• Call the appropriate number for your country.
• Enter your PIN (if did not disable it in your account settings).
• Enter the number you want to call followed by the pound key ('#').
• Start talking.

Start making calls using a call-back

If you are using a phone where you are not able to place cheap calls, then this is the way you will save the money.

• Call the appropriate call-back number for your country.
• Wait for our system to call you back.
• Enter your PIN (if did not disable it in your account settings).
• Enter the number you want to call followed by the pound key ('#').
• Start talking.
