Speap To is a special URL where you are able to initiate a call (using call-back) by simply navigate to (open) this special build URL.

Within your account access codes you can generate a special URI and activate access for this URL, then you can call people by simply using this URL, this includes for example the integration of such a Speap To URL into the phone book of your mobile phone, where you then would be able to call the person owning the phone book entry by opening the Speap To URL.
